Epoxy liquid solder mask is a special coating commonly used in the manufacturing and assembly process of electronic circuit boards (PCBs). It is coated on the surface of the circuit board to protect the circuit components and connectors on the circuit board to prevent them from being corroded and damaged by environmental factors. Epoxy liquid solder mask is usually composed of epoxy resin and an appropriate amount of solvent to form a liquid state with high fluidity. After being applied to the circuit board surface, the liquid solder mask solidifies into a hard, corrosion-resistant protective layer through heating or chemical reaction. This cured film has good electrical insulation properties, chemical stability and high temperature resistance, and can effectively protect the electronic components on the circuit board from moisture, corrosive chemicals, high temperatures and other factors in the environment. . During the PCB manufacturing process, epoxy liquid solder resist is generally coated on the pads and soldering pads of the circuit board to prevent damage to the surface of the circuit board caused by heat and flux during the soldering process.
