  • If you do not want to order online but would like to send us your order by email or fax please use the print button on the detailed report information page you would like to purchase (on the right of the report title). This print function will print all report information data and as a last page the fax/email order form.

When you have selected the market research report you would like to purchase you can select your user license (from single user to global user licenses are available) and add them to your shopping cart with the 'Add to Cart' button.

During the checkout process you will follow the checkout process, explained below. The process is visualised by the 'checkout bar' visible on top of each page. Your current step in the process is highlighted in dark blue.

During this step you:

  • If you are a existing customer, you have enter your login information and proceed further
  • If you are a new customer, you have to register with our application and proceed further

 


Step 3. Your Detail
During this step you:

  • After entering the login credentials, you have to enter the other details regarding the company details.
  • If you have already fill your company details, these step will be automatically skip.

 


Step 4. Summary
 

On the payment page you can select your payment method, we accept multiple payment options:

  • Payment by credit card. (preferred)
    We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
    Our website is Verisign secured but if you prefer to handle credit card details over the phone you can select 'payment by credit card by Phone/Fax'
  • Payment by check.
    The report(s) will be delivered after receipt and collection of your check.
  • Payment by PayPal.

When you select your payment method and click on the 'Place Order' button your purchase is finalized.

In this order process step you will receive a confirmation of your order, which is also send to you by email.
Delivery of the report(s) will take place within a few hours on business days. If delivery time is more then a few hours we will contact you personally.
