A turbine positive displacement flowmeter is a device used to measure liquid or gas flow, which combines the principles of a turbine flowmeter and a positive displacement flowmeter. Turbine positive displacement flowmeter is based on the principle of turbine measurement, which measures the flow velocity and flow rate of fluid through the rotation of turbine blades.
