Three-dimensional Force Sensor is a high-precision force measuring device used to simultaneously measure forces in three mutually perpendicular directions. It is mainly suitable for the field of robotics and is easy to integrate into OEM applications. It consists of three mutually perpendicular strain beams, each strain beam corresponding to a force in one direction. When the sensor is acted upon by an external force, the strain beam deforms, causing a change in resistance, which is converted into an electrical signal through the measurement circuit.
