Spray Laser Particle Size Analyzer is an instrument used to measure the size and distribution of liquid suspended particles. It uses a laser beam to pass through particles in the sample and determines the size of the particles by detecting the characteristics of scattered light. The following are the main components and working principle of the instrument: laser: generates a focused laser beam, usually using a laser diode or gas laser. Optical system: including lenses, focusing devices, and scattering light collectors, used to control and focus laser beams and collect light signals scattered by particles. Scattered light detector: used to detect the light signal scattered by particle laser and convert it into an electrical signal. Data analysis system: By analyzing the collected scattered light signals, relevant theoretical models and algorithms are used to calculate the size distribution of particles.
