The production process of PVC latex includes two stages. The second stage is to make polyvinyl chloride paste resin through dehydration, drying, screening and other processes of polyvinyl chloride latex. In addition, there is another production method called suspension polymerization. The general process of this method is to add water, suspending agent, and antioxidant to the cleaned polymerization kettle, then add vinyl chloride monomer, stir in deionized water, and disperse the monomer into small droplets. The drops are stabilized by protective glue, and monomer-soluble initiators or initiator emulsions are added to keep the reaction speed stable during the reaction process, and then the temperature is raised to polymerize. Generally, the polymerization temperature is between 45 and 70 °C
