Electron laser quantum computers (ELQCs) are a type of quantum computer that uses the coherent interaction of electrons with electromagnetic fields in a laser to manipulate and store quantum information. Unlike classical computers, which operate on bits that can be in a state of 0 or 1, quantum computers use quantum bits, or qubits, which can exist in multiple states simultaneously.
