    The vacuum gas nitriding furnace is a cylindrical shell made of steel plates, and inside is a heating studio made of shaped standard refractory bricks. The heating chamber and the shell are filled with insulation materials. There is a stainless steel welded sealed furnace tank in the heating chamber. The upper part of the furnace tank is equipped with a vacuum rubber sealing ring, and the lower part is a water-cooled jacket. The top of the furnace cover is equipped with a soaking fan to ensure the uniform atmosphere in the furnace.
