    HJT Solar Cell is a solar cell whose structure is composed of two or more heterogeneous semiconductors of different materials. These heterogeneous semiconductor materials have differences in energy gaps, electron affinities, etc., forming an electrical potential barrier that helps improve the efficiency of solar cells. The production of HJT solar cells is mainly divided into four links: cleaning and texturing, amorphous silicon film deposition, TCO film deposition and metallization.
