The automatic diesel injector is an important component of the diesel injection system of an internal combustion engine, used to inject fuel into the combustion chamber of the engine at appropriate pressure and time. It plays a key role in the operation of diesel engines, directly affecting engine performance, fuel economy and emission levels. The working principle of the automatic diesel injector is to ensure that the combustion process of each cylinder can reach the best state by controlling the injection time, injection volume and injection angle of the fuel. Specifically, when the engine is working, the fuel injection pump pressurizes and delivers the diesel fuel to the injection chamber inside the automatic diesel nozzle.
